Eco Post-Frame Construction and Patented Framing System

Eco Post-Frame construction, similar to pole barns, uses large vertical posts set into the ground or on a concrete foundation, creating a strong, open structure with fewer materials and faster build times. It offers excellent load-bearing capacity and energy efficiency, easily withstanding extreme weather, including winds up to 220 mph. The patented framing system enhances this by incorporating panelized walls, further accelerating construction and reducing waste to just one dumpster. Together, these methods combine efficiency, sustainability, and durability, streamlining the build process and minimizing environmental impact.

Kit-Style Home for Flexibility

These designs are offered as pre-engineered kits (includes: Frame, Siding, Roofing, Windows, and Doors), allowing homeowners or builders to assemble the prefabricated panels on-site. This flexibility enables customization while maintaining the benefits of the energy-efficient design and rapid assembly, making it a cost-effective and versatile choice for different types of projects. After the panels are assembled, additional contractors can begin completing the interior finishes, such as plumbing, electrical work, and interior carpentry.
