Efficient In-Factory Construction

Modular units are constructed in a controlled factory setting, maximizing efficiency and minimizing delays. While units are built on the factory floor, site preparation—including excavation and foundation work—proceeds simultaneously, accelerating the overall timeline.

Seamless Delivery and Installation

After the units are completed and quality-checked, they are transported to the site and installed with precision. Modular builders ensure a quick installation process for single-family homes, duplexes, apartments, and hotels. However, the final touches and any additional work required to complete the project on-site must be handled by a general contractor (GC) with modular experience, which is not included in the factory pricing and may vary depending on the municipality and property location.
