Royal Developments + The Crossing School
Royal Developments has partnered with The Crossing School of Business & Entrepreneurship offering high school students a unique and comprehensive opportunity to explore building trades. This program is designed to provide students with hands-on, immersive experience across all building trades including: welding/fabrication, carpentry, electrical, & plumbing.
Throughout the program, students will be mentored by experienced professionals, allowing them to observe and participate in active projects happening in the RD warehouse. The program will be centered around the health and safety of all individuals on the warehouse floor. RD will demonstrate proper safe operation practices as students learn a variety of building skills. By rotating through different departments, students will develop a well-rounded perspective of the challenges and rewards of working in the building trades field, gaining firsthand experience that will inform their educational and career choices for years to come.
